The Karori Pirates Swimming Club Inc is run by a club committee comprising:
President: John Hancock
Vice President: Simon Holst
Secretary: Michelle Rush
Treasurer: Silvia Zanini
The committee meets every 6 weeks to discuss issues raised by club members, adopt policies, consider club finances and plan events.

Hammerheads: Sam Ford
