Karori Pirates Club membership
The annual Karori Pirates Swimming Club Inc membership fee is payable on enrolment with the Club. The Karori Pirates registration year runs from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011 and costs $75.00.
As a swimming club we are obliged to register all our members with Swimming Wellington (SW). There is an annual registration fee of $70.00. The SW registration year runs from 1 July to 30 June the following year. It is possible to join SW at any time of the year, however, the full fee of $70.00 is payable irrespective of the registration date. Membership to SW allows swimmers to attend the many swimming meets which are held during the year.
All Karori Pirates swimmers in the Stingray, Electric Eel, Seahawk, Hammerhead and Tigershark squads must be registered as competitive swimmers, whether or not they choose to compete – this fee is not optional.

Coaches Corner
Well done to all swimmers and parents last weekend. After a slow start Saturday we had a great Sunday and finished the weekend very well. Stacks of medals from a number of swimmers, and two Wellington records to Ted Taylor. Now we need to be even better this weekend.
