Pirates Win Premiership Competition

Karori Pirates won the 13 and over trophy in the 2009 Swimming Wellington Premiership Competition. This is a great testament to Steve Francis' efforts as head coach of Karori Pirates and the ability of our 13 and over swimmers.

The trophy is awarded to the club with the highest number of points at earned by swimmers at the 10 Swimming Wellington signature meets held during 2009.

The club also received a $1000 prize for the win.

Well done to both Steve and the swimmers.

Coaches Corner

Term timetable begins from Monday 30th January. No swimming on Waitangi day. Last day of term 1 is Thursday 5th April. All squads will have a 2 week break until Monday 23rd April. Remember to look on the noticeboard and on the website for upcoming meets and other information.
